Abstrakt

Are Polish return policies efficient? Do they safeguard the rights of returnees? In this issue of CMR Spotlight, the GAPS project team in Poland identifies the main legal, institutional and infrastructural gaps in the country’s return system, focusing particularly on returns from Poland to Georgia. This research was conducted under the Horizon Europe project ‘GAPS: De-centring the Study of Migrant Returns and Readmission Policies in Europe and Beyond’ (101094341).
