We warmly invite participants to join a reflexive discussion on theoretical and methodological approaches to research that attends to racialization processes in the study of migration, with particular attention to the tensions between the need to study racialization and the risks of reproducing racial categories within research practice. The seminar will be a space for exchange about different stages of research practice, from study design to data collection and analysis.
The seminar is organized by the Centre of Migration Research at the University of Warsaw and under the auspices of the IMISCOE Standing Committee on Race, Racism and Discrimination (RACED).
