Social researcher in political, sociological, and cultural sciences (cultural anthropology).
Ph.D. candidate at the University of Warsaw’s Interdisciplinary Doctoral School. The main focus of research during doctoral studies is Ukrainian national identity (changes in identity discourse and practices; decolonization). Additional research interests include international relations, migration, and diaspora studies. A qualitative researcher involved in numerous scientific projects, including OPUS projects and international collaborations, such as the “Aspirations for Return and Secondary Migration among Ukrainian Refugees” project, No: 83347, managed by The Fafo Institute for Labour and Social Research and funded by the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration.
Member of the Center for Research on Social Change and Mobility (CRASH) at Kozminski University, as a qualitative researcher and scholar in the NCN OPUS-19 project: “BigMig: Digital and Analog Traces of Migrants in Large and Small Data Sets and Human Capacities”; and in the Warsaw Talent Cluster project (in cooperation with the Bureau of Strategy and Analysis, City of Warsaw). From May 2024, a research assistant in the Horizon Europe project: Link4Skill. From July 2024, a research assistant in the Horizon Europe project: “Protecting Irregular Migrants in Europe: Institutions, Interests and Policies” (PRIME).
Holds extensive experience in performing written and oral translations in various language configurations: Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, English; creating and synchronizing film subtitles; conducting IDIs and FGIs; transcribing with simultaneous translation of qualitative interviews into Polish/English. Enthusiast of R and qualitative analysis programs, such as MaxQDA.
Possesses skills related to PR functions, brand creation, and social media development, as an SM manager in a large foundation and science research centre.
