PhD in economics, economist, specializing in mobility, labor migration, integration of migrants and reintegration issues. Associate Professor of the Department of Socioeconomics and Human Resources Management at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (Kyiv, Ukraine) and at CMR. Her academic interests also include the participation of migrants in the life of the host society, the impact of migration networks on the integration of migrants, their cross-cultural relations and intercultural communications.

At the Centre of Migration Research (the University of Warsaw), she was involved in the project “Skills for the Future. University of Warsaw for Ukraine».
