Assistant Professor at the Centre of Migration Research, Warsaw University and at the Institute of Statistics and Demography, Warsaw School of Economics. Previously, she was a researcher in the Labour Market Division of the National Bank of Poland and at the Central European Forum for Migration Research (consortium of IOM, PAN and PME). A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (in economics). Her PhD thesis (2013) was devoted to relative deprivation in economic modelling.

Research interests: labour market (labour supply), demography, economic modelling, surveys and quality of the data in economic research.
