She is a PhD student in the Institute of Social Science, University of Warsaw. Graduated from the Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, Warsaw University in 2009 (MA dissertation “Conflict around Eaglets Cemetery. The analysis of Ukrainian press discourse”.) She has also studied in the Centre for East European Studies (specialization: Easter Europe).

Her research interests include issues concerning identity, ethnic conflicts, historical policy and historical memory.

She is the Managing Editor of “Biuletyn Migracyjny“.
