Adjunct Professor at the Centre of Migration Research, University of Warsaw. She holds a PhD in Humanities from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, specializing in world history. She earned a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies from the Centre for East European Studies (University of Warsaw) and a Master’s degree in History and International Relations from Zaporizhzhia National University. She also completed postgraduate studies in Humanitarian Action at the Faculty of Law and Administration, UW.
Her research interests focus on transformation processes and identity shifts resulting from armed conflict and migration. In her work, she devotes particular attention to post-totalitarian ideologies, decolonization, and the development of collective and individual memory mechanisms in the 21st century. She has practical experience in organizing and conducting qualitative research.
She has collaborated with numerous think tanks, non-governmental organizations, and social initiatives, including the UNESCO Commission, the Empowering Children Foundation (FDDS), and Sportyve Zaporizhzhia, etc. Her professional experience also includes implementing research and social projects in cooperation with the Polish Academy of Sciences and the International Visegrad Fund. She is one of the authors of analyses published on the “Belarus 2020 – Ukraine 2022” portal (a joint project of the Centre for East European Studies UW, ISANS – International Strategic Action Network for Security, and New Eastern Europe).
