A virtual presentation of research by Erika Frydenlund and Jose Padilla of Old Dominion University’s Virginia Modeling, Analysis & Simulation Center will be held on May 31 from 4-5 pm. The guest speakers will present the results of their analysis of humanitarian response in Greece and Colombia from 2015-2020 and the approach they have developed to study such phenomena using a combination of qualitative methods and computer modeling. This will serve as a starting point for a discussion on the possibility of applying such an approach to studying the reception of Ukrainian refugees in Poland. You are cordially invited!
