The program responds to the growing interest in migration processes in contemporary world and in Poland. The presence of foreigners in Poland (also as employees, students or refugees) means that more and more institutions are in constant contact with them and require a specialized knowledge of contemporary migration trends and foreigners. The curriculum provides a rich and diverse knowledge of contemporary international migration: its causes, effects, scale, trends and types of migration. The particular emphasis is placed on knowledge of foreigners in Poland, including the migration law regarding entry, residence and work, the functioning of immigrant communities in Poland and the integration process. The studies enable the development of practical skills in the field of intercultural communication and conflict resolution.
The new edition of the postgraduate studies will be held in the academic year 2024/2025.
