mgr Andrei Yeliseyeu

Andrei holds an MA in Political Science (European Humanities University, Lithuania) and an LLM in European and International law (Riga Graduate School of Law, Latvia), and has graduated from the Estonian School of Diplomacy. He completed an internship at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs where he published a report about the local border traffic regimes on the EU’s eastern borders. Andrei is currently engaged in the research project about the functioning of the migration industry in Central and Eastern European countries.
