Andrei is an interdisciplinary scholar with an academic background in international affairs, European and International Law, and political science. He completed several postgraduate programs at the universities of Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, and is currently doing his PhD at the University of Warsaw on the topic of Belarus’s migration management in the context of relations with the EU. He is also conducting a research project on a similar topic, funded by the Poland’s National Science Centre.
