Tetiana Shkoda is D.Sc., Dr hab., Professor of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship Department at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. She has got her international experience in implementing the Lane Kirkland Scholarship (2013/2014) at SGH w Warszawie, the OeAD Scholarship (2019) at Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Erasmus+ KA1 Staff Mobility at the Sapienza University of Rome (April 2019), the Erasmus+ projects ITE-VET (2016-2018) and PAGOSTE (2020-2024). Her experience in migration studies is connected with management of the Ukrainian scientific project “Realization of young scientists’ potential in integration of science, education, and business” (2020-2022), which was awarded as the best scientific project in Ukraine in the 2021 competition of the Council of Young Scientists of Ukraine.
At the Center of Migration Research at the University of Warsaw Tetiana Shkoda is engaged in implementation of the project “Science without borders: Ukrainian scientists in the face of Russian aggression” within the framework of the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” programme.
Her fields of research are mainly human capital management, entrepreneurship.
