Transborder Centre of the Labour Market Support
The main aim of the project is to understand the challenges of individuals and institutions that participate in the labour market in the Polish-Belarusian-Ukrainian border region in order to create the Transborder Centre for Labour Market Support. The project aims also at supporting the development of local labour market and of key actors performing on it. The planned activities include: employer survey, household survey and in-depth interviews with immigrants. Many debates on these issues with representatives of: local authorities, labour market institutions, NGO’s, educational establishments and research institutions are planned to enable exchange of knowledge and identification of the main problems of the local labour market. These debates will also serve to increase involvement of institutional actors in transborder cooperation and promotion of good practices.
